Polished Concrete Flooring for Offices and Office Building Lobbies

Decorative concrete for offices is no longer just a trend. From New York City skyscrapers to modern spaces in Los Angeles, designer concrete floors like you see here are installing Duraamen products for many reasons. Custom design, high durability and low maintenance costs are frequently outperforming other types of flooring choices.

It’s not just in office spaces but also in building lobbies. Our Param self leveling overlays, Skraffino and Param SSL have been applied in virtually every state and major metropolitan city.

One of the most popular overlays is our Param self leveling concrete. Since most surfaces are seldom perfect, Param is a problem solver. It can be applied at thicknesses of 1/4 – 1/2 inch thick and levels nicely to an almost perfectly flat, seamless finish. It can be integrally colored and topically dyed to create a natural polished concrete appearance. The finished floor can be sealed with our water based epoxies and polyaspartic coatings.

If you are looking for unique designs, saw cuts can be used to create the look of custom tile with borders.
