Perdüre concrete floor coatings

The Perdüre concrete coating system provides an attractive and durable protective coating to virtually any industrial application – from warehouses to parking decks to food service operations. It is easy to clean, colour stable and designed to minimize downtime while giving you the performance you demand. Perdüre coatings are also that to meet specific requirements like breathable flooring, chemical resistant and fast cure applications in different surface finishes like, gloss, satin and matte.

Perdüre High Build Coating System
(industrial wear surface) ~ 20-25mil thickness

The Perdüre High Build Coating system is typically installed at 20-25 mil thickness improve aesthetics, provide slip resistance, are durable and give an easy to clean surface. Review the requirements of your facility with the product data to select the finish that best meets the needs of the application. It is applied in one or two coats over a primer, these systems are ideal for warehouses and storage areas,  garage floors, Laundries, Correctional facilities, Locker rooms, Showers, Utilities, Clean rooms, etc.

SYSTEM

• Apply one coat of Perdüre E02, 100% solids epoxy primer
• Apply one coat of Perdüre E20, 100% solids epoxy body coat
• Apply second coat of Perdüre E20, 100% solids epoxy body coat
• Select any  one of the top coats – Perdüre U50, Perdüre U50(HS), Perdüre U45

For extreme chemical resistance, replace Perdüre E20 with
Perdüre NE25, 100% solids Novolac epoxy coating

Perdüre Traffic Coating Systems
~ 40-60 mil thickness

The Perdüre High Build Coating system is typically installed at 40-60 mil thickness improve aesthetics, provide slip resistance, are durable and give an easy to clean surface. Review the requirements of your facility with the product data to select the finish that best meets the needs of the application. It is applied in one or two coats over a primer, these systems are ideal for Aircraft Hangars, Cafeterias, Clean rooms, Correctional facilities, Laundries, Locker rooms, Light manufacturing, Warehouses, Aisles, Corridors, Computer assembly, etc.

SYSTEM

• Apply one coat of Perdüre E02, 100% solids epoxy primer
• Apply one coat of Perdüre E10, 100% solids epoxy binder with self leveling filler
•  Apply one coat of Perdüre E20, 100% solids epoxy body coat
• Select any  one of the top coats – Perdüre U50, Perdüre U50(HS), Perdüre U45

For extreme chemical resistance, replace Perdüre E20 with
Perdüre NE25, 100% solids Novolac epoxy coating
